This has to be hands down the best pregnancy investment I made. At about 17 weeks my hips, back and legs began aching due to the expanding weight in the middle- by the third trimester I was taking this with me on vacation! It is a huge pillow- but its size is not for naught- it helps you sleep even when you are so uncomfortable you have to reposition yourself 100 times a night- but you don't have to reposition a rigged "pillow fortress"- I wish I had this during my 1st pregnancy. This pillow has it all. The only downfall is that now that my baby is 2 months old it is hard to get rid of! It is that comfortable!
