Rating : - If you are more than 50 pounds overweight... This DVD offers a great exercise if you are in a good shape. Jillian is a tough trainer and her routine is hard. However, if you are more than 50 pounds overweight, some of the exercise might be hard on your knee. My advice is to use the modified exercise. If you can't do the 20 minutes, start easy and build up from there. It's better to start easy and gradually improve your intensity than to push hard for the entire exercise, injured yourself and stop altogether.
